The Christian Okoye Foundation’s Sports Clinic is a 1 day event. The Foundation’s annual free Sports clinic, held every summer for the past 18 years. The Sports Clinic provides kids with a choice of participating in any one of offered sports going on during the day. Many Pro and Olympic athletes who act as coaches and mentors volunteer there time for these kids.

The Christian Okoye Foundation monitors the progress of all the kids who signed up for the clinics. We encourage each individual kid to exercise their commitment in their chosen area. The Foundation believes that these will help provide these children with a choice of committing to positive and helpful goals.

Parental/Guardian Consent

I hereby certify that my child has been examined by a physician and found to have no medical or emotional problem which may effect his ability to safely participate in the Christian Okoye Foundation Sports Clinics. I hereby authorize the camp staff to attend to any health problem or injury my child may incur while attending the clinics. I hereby release the Christian Okoye Foundation, its staff, sponsors and any one associated with these clinics from any liabilities and claims resulting from damages caused by injury or illness sustained at the sports clinics.
